We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our core founding team. As a key member of the company, you will be focused on managing enterprise sales, stakeholders and strategic initiatives. You will be primarily responsible for managing a full-sales cycle, from prospecting to a signed contract. This includes engaging Fortune 1000 customers and executives. You will report directly to the CEO.

An ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a desire to help customers achieve their business goals. The AE should be highly driven, persuasive and passionate about B2B sales. We are looking for someone with a hunter mentality always searching for new opportunities. You know how to drive change and convince customer action that will drive deals forward.


  • Convey Constellation’s unique value proposition to customers and handle objections

  • Focus on both net new accounts and existing accounts

  • Utilize a challenger approach to selling and creating value for customers

  • Scope and close faster transactional wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles

  • Maintain activity, pipeline, and revenue targets along with CRM and pipeline data


  • 1-3 years experience generating new SaaS sales

  • You have previously worked in an early-stage company and can navigate a startup environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication, time management, organizational as well as presentation skills Ability to simply articulate intricate cloud technologies

  • A highly motivated and results-driven self-starter
